Job Description Job Description GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Business
Development Representative is a full-time, fully remote role
focused on generating new business opportunities through outbound
and inbound prospecting efforts. This position serves as a critical
entry point into the sales organization and works closely with
Account Executives and Sales Leadership to build a strong,
qualified sales pipeline. POSITION DESCRIPTION The Business
Development Representative will be responsible for identifying,
engaging, and qualifying prospective clients through email, phone,
LinkedIn, and other outbound channels. The BDR will respond to
inbound inquiries, assess prospect needs, and schedule qualified
meetings for Account Executives. This role requires strong
communication skills, persistence, and a willingness to learn
cybersecurity and compliance solutions. The BDR will maintain
accurate records in the CRM and collaborate closely with Sales and
Marketing to refine messaging and targeting strategies. DEFINING
SUCCESS Consistently meeting or exceeding daily activity behaviors
and meeting-set goals Generating high-quality, qualified sales
opportunities Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Demonstrating a consultative and professional approach with
prospects Collaborating effectively with Sales and Marketing teams
Developing foundational sales skills through coaching and training
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS The most critical attributes for success

fast-paced environment Familiarity with CRM tools preferred
