Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida is a state-of-the-art pediatric facility that delivers vital and lifesaving care for children and their families throughout the region. The 135 bed regional hospital cares for children across five counties and is the only childrens hospital between Tampa and Miami. Golisano provides a variety of specialized services for our communitys children ranging from emergency care to behavioral health, surgery to critical care, orthopedics, cancer treatment, cardiology, and more. It has a 16 bed PICU, 70 bed NICU with 24-hour in-house Neonatology coverage. Lee Health is a non-profit organization comprised of more than 16,000 employees, 4,500 volunteers, and more than 1,100 employed primary care and specialty providers with more than 100 practice locations throughout Southwest Florida. The organization has 4 acute care hospitals and 2 specialty hospitals that together house over 1,800 hospital beds. Position Information: Lee Health - Golisano Childrens Hospital Pediatric Emergency Medicine is seeking a full-time physician BC/BE in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. The hospital has a 28-bed emergency department that provides 24/7 coverage and treats over 50,000 patients annually. We are currently seeking coverage for the mid and night shifts.
