The ideal candidate is nurturing, attentive, and passionate about supporting the growth and development of infants in a safe and loving environment. Responsibilities: Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom for infants Implement developmentally appropriate activities aligned with Florida standards Follow daily routines for feeding, diapering, and naps Maintain proper supervision and classroom ratios at all times Complete daily reports and communicate effectively with families Follow all Florida DCF licensing , health, and safety regulations Work collaboratively with management and teaching staff Qualifications: Must meet Florida DCF childcare staff requirements 45-hour DCF training (Infant & Toddler preferred) or willingness to complete DCF Level 2 background screening (or ability to obtain) CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) High school diploma or equivalent (required) Prior infant classroom experience preferred Reliable, patient, and team-oriented
