We are a fast-paced busy service department. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record, quality references, and someone that possesses superior customer satisfaction skills. Service Advisor experience and a desire to be successful is a must. Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus. Responsibilities: Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of vehicle Review Multi-Point Inspection and accurately translate the technicians recommendations Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for parts and labor Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day Update the customers on the status of their vehicles on a daily basis Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order Perform active delivery, explain the Multi-Point Inspection and all completed work and charges to the customer Establish and maintain strong working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clientele Qualifications: Prior Dealership Experience Excellent communication and customer service skills A strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair.
