Michigan-based Private, Physician-Owned Dermatology Practice
Expanding into Florida Locations: Fort Myers & Naples (with
additional growth planned throughout Florida, including Orlando) ?
Start Date: Approx. October 2025 Position Overview We are seeking a
Board Certified or Board Eligible Dermatologist to join our
physician-owned practice as we expand into Florida. This is a
unique ground-floor opportunity to practice in a supportive,
physician-led environment with autonomy, strong earning potential,
and the ability to help shape our Florida presence. Compensation &
Benefits Competitive base salary $375,000 $420,000 DOE 45% of
collections incentive structure Malpractice insurance (with tail
