Job Description Job Description Echelon Home Loans is seeking a
relationship-driven Loan Officer (LO) to join a well-supported,
high-visibility mortgage platform integrated with three
high-producing Keller Williams market centers in Florida. This role
is designed for an LO who wants meaningful opportunity without
being left on an island. You will step into an environment with
immediate access to active real estate offices, an existing loan
database, and leadership that is intentionally encouraging agent
adoption of Echelon as the preferred lending partner. While
referrals are actively supported, success in this role still
requires personal initiative, presence, and relationship building.
This is not a passive role it is a leadership-facing position
inside the offices. You will be backed by a collaborative internal
team, including concierge support, processing support, leadership
alignment, and technology systems built to reduce friction and
improve close rates. The expectation is not that you do everything
yourself, but that you own the borrower and agent relationship
while the team supports execution. This is an opportunity for a
Loan Officer who wants to be embedded in the business, visible to
agents, trusted by leadership, and positioned for long-term growth

Originate residential mortgage loans including conventional, FHA,
VA, and other applicable products Actively build and maintain
relationships with agents across three Keller Williams offices
Establish a strong, visible presence inside the offices through
regular attendance, availability, and engagement Teach
lending-related classes, lunch-and-learns, and training sessions to
educate and support agents Attend office events, team meetings, and
recruiting or educational functions as a representative of Echelon
Serve as a trusted lending resource for agents by providing
guidance, strategy, and timely communication Manage the borrower
experience from first conversation through closing with
professionalism and clarity Partner with internal processing,
underwriting, and concierge teams to ensure smooth, on-time
closings Proactively identify issues and solve them before they
impact contracts or client confidence Maintain accurate, compliant
loan documentation and CRM records Uphold Echelons service
standards, response expectations, and culture of accountability
Requirements Requirements: Active NMLS license (Florida required;
additional states a plus) 2 years of residential mortgage
origination experience preferred Comfortable operating in a
relationship-based, referral-driven environment Willingness to be
physically present and visible inside multiple offices on a regular
basis Strong communication skills with agents, buyers, sellers, and
internal team members Ability to educate and influence without
being pushy or transactional High personal accountability and
consistent follow-through Team-oriented mindset with appreciation
for shared success Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of
managing multiple active files Comfortable using modern mortgage
technology and CRM systems This role offers built-in opportunity
