What You’ll Do Lead and coach Account Managers Increase quoting speed, accuracy, and sales follow-through Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting in the CRM Maintain project management for accuracy and timelines Implement SOPs, build and maintain sales reporting tools, and improve sales workflows Drive new brand acquisition and help expand existing accounts Join strategic client calls (retention, upsells, escalations) Collaborate with R&D, Client Services, Production, and Quality teams Who We’re Looking For 5 years of B2B sales experience (CDMO preferred) Experience coaching or managing a team Strong understanding of supplements, skincare, or manufacturing Excellent communication skills and executive presence Strong CRM discipline (pipeline management, forecasting, reporting) Highly organized, process-driven, and able to lead through structure Why HBM Join a high-growth CDMO where you’ll lead a motivated team, drive operational excellence, and build partnerships with fast-scaling supplement & skincare brands as HBM expands in 2026.
