company, is seeking a full-time Multimedia Sales
Majority partner, Babcox Media/Lifestyle Media Group, owns and
operates more than two dozen market-leading media brands including
but not limited to TBBW, SFBW, Lifestyle (9 titles), Tire Review,
BodyShop Business, Shop Owner, Fleet Equipment and Motorcycle &
The Multimedia Sales Executive is responsible for growing new and
existing business by selling the company's wide range of marketing
services such as: sponsorships, print advertising, events, video,
audience targeting programs, data solutions and webinars. This
position requires proven sales experience as well as exceptional
customer service skills.
Job Responsibilities (not all inclusive) include:
- Conveys and understands the company story and executes focused,
results oriented advertising and marketing communications programs
on behalf of our clients (digital, video, print, data, webinar,
- Builds lasting customer relationships, based upon trust and
- Serves as a key partner for our customers and is knowledgeable
of customers brands, products, and audiences.
- Achieves sales goals by developing and servicing existing, new,
and inactive accounts; interacts in a professional and courteous
manner to all stakeholders.
- Provides expert digital counsel to clients and serves as the
translator between clients and our print/digital/event teams.
- Communicates client marketing objectives to internal
stakeholders in a timely manner and helps our clients make smart
- Constantly considers our expanding product mix, relative to the
needs of our customers, and stays in continuous contact with
customer to ensure opportunities are presented in a timely
- Analyzes account profitability to ensure that the customer is
receiving real value and that the company is realizing a
- Responsible for ensuring marketing tasks are completed on time
and on budget.
- Gathers marketplace information on pricing, products,
competitive advertising schedules and placements.
- Utilizes all appropriate sales presentation tools to deliver
custom, marketing solutions to our customer in the most compelling
- Stays abreast of the calendar of key industry events and
conferences and regularly attends such events.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Preferably, 1 to 3 years of proven outside sales experience
and, ideally, in the capacity of media sales.
- Associates degree or equivalent experience. Higher education
- Experience, and familiarity, with digital - print - event -
media sales including audience targeting, marketing automation and
social media solutions as it relates to business-to-business
- Lead generation, lead management and Google Analytics
experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals,
while maintaining sales quotas.
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit.
