The Transamerica Advice Center has created a new team of professionals to support the clients of our Retirement Advisory team. We are seeking Customer Service professionals to deliver outstanding service to our Managed IRA clients by providing problem resolution, information, and support. If so, we want to talk to you!Job Description What You Will Do: Working in a non-scripted call center environment alongside an experienced and results-oriented team of financial Advisors and Registered Sales Assistants, you will provide best in class service to our retirement account clients. You will utilize your knowledge of our products and various systems to research and resolve questions or account issues for our clients. You will use your previous experience or your newly acquired knowledge and observations to make recommendations on how to improve processes and efficiencies to better support the needs of our clients. What You Will Learn: You will become knowledgeable in our retirement product offerings Gain proficiency in a variety of technology based systems like AWD, Morningstar, NetX360, Salesforce and others, and utilize these tools to research and extract the information necessary to educate and assist our clients and resolve account issues and inquiries. Recognize opportunities to engage the client with their Advisor in order to ensure that they understand and are making sound financial decisions Learn how to ask probing questions and become an effective listener in order to help our clients to best articulate their questions and ensure that you are able to find the best solutions What Success Looks Like: Successfully complete our training program consisting of hands on and side by side training in our products and systems. If you do not yet possess your Series 6 license, you will use the study material that we will provide, the support of your colleagues, and PAID study time during your workday to successfully study, test, and obtain your SIE certification and Series 6 license within 6 months. You will use your training and knowledge, combined with your passion for delivering excellent customer service, to provide our clients with effective problem resolution, education, and support Liaise with our external Money Managers and Custodians as necessary to ensure the timely and efficient processing of client requests and problem resolution Complete "Integrity Service" training and become an Integrity Service certified professional Learn to identify and report fraud to the appropriate channels What You Need: Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent work experienceFINRA Series 6 license or obtain within six months (including the required SIE exam)Two years of call center customer service experience in the brokerage or financial industry, or related experienceBroad knowledge of brokerage accounts and investmentsStrong attention to detailTeam orientedExcellent customer service skills for extensive contact with clientsExcellent written and oral communication skillsProactive and customer focusedExcellent time management skills to prioritize multiple responsibilitiesPC proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)Preferred QualificationsFINRA Series 63 and/or 65Experience using Automated Workflow Distributor (AWD), Paris 3, Salesforce.comModerate understanding of the sales processExperience with IRA products**Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules.
