The QAPI Program is an on-going, data driven, organization-wide program involving data collection, analysis, and collaborative development of performance improvement initiatives.Monday- Friday 8a-5p In Office JOB RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms ongoing quality assessment through data collection and analysis as directed by VITAS Policies, Procedures, and Standards.
