Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits & Absence Analyst to
administer and communicate benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and enhance benefit administration processes while
overseeing vendor management and market analysis
Oversee and communicate benefits programs, ensuring compliance and
employee awareness of options and enrollment
Conduct audits for data accuracy and support employee inquiries
regarding benefits and leave
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
A minimum of 4 years of experience in benefits administration or a
similar HR role
In-depth understanding of employee benefits and regulations
governing leaves of absence
Proficiency in HRIS systems and benefits administration
software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment
