Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in incentives, strategy, or business
strategy planning
5+ years of experience in the technology industry
Proven experience in leading organizational transformations
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Finance, or a related field
Strong project management skills and ability to implement
structured processes
