NO KIDDING!RoofCrafters Roofing, LLC, holds the Highest Certification in the Industry such as GAF Master Elite Contractor, CertainTeed Select Contractor, and Versico Platinum Contractor among others, to provide our Customers with a Lifetime Experience.Duties:Run Company-Generated Lead Appointments Scheduled by our Office TeamNetwork and Build Relationships to Expand Business with New ClientsGenerate Sales by completing Prospecting and Marketing Activities set forth by ManagementMaximize Territory PerformancePrepare and execute a Daily Sales PlanThis will require the Ability to Climb a Ladder, be up on Roofs Daily, and Enter Attics (confined spaces) to Pinpoint the Source of LeaksEducate and Sell Company Products and Services to New and Existing ClientsQualifications:At least 2 years of Sales Experience in any field, Construction, or Industrial Sales is a Plus.Strong Negotiation Skills.Able to Build and Maintain Relationships (Networking)Ability to Build Rapport with ClientsExperience in Growing Market ShareMust have a Tenacious Drive to Sell and the Ability to Problem-SolveStrong Mathematics and Computer Skills are EssentialStrong Organizational Skills and Sales Tracking AbilitiesStrong Desire to Move Up Within the CompanyAble to Climb Ladders, Able to Lift 50 lbs., Climb Up on a Roof and Enter Attics (confined spaces)Benefits:Company Truck Provided after Sales Target Met.
