About the roleCompuLink-USA, a Leviton Company, is looking for a Facilities Maintenance team member to join their manufacturing operations in St, Petersburg, FL! For 100+ years, Leviton has been committed to delivering smarter, safer, more reliable products to a rapidly changing world ResponsibilitiesThe Facilities Maintenance team member is responsible for implementing and coordinating maintenance and repair needs for plant equipment for the facility.Supports a safe work environment by following safety policies and proceduresProcesses and coordinates work orders for facility repairsPerforms minor facility maintenance including but not limited to; plumbing, electrical, painting, and minor repairs.Orders components and materials needed by the Maintenance department including, but not limited to, electrical and plumbingPrepares facility maintenance reportsServes as primary point of contact for employees to report maintenance needsCoordinates repairs for all facility material handling equipmentSchedules inspections and preventive maintenance for facility equipment including, but not limited to, the boiler, air pressure tanks, fire alarms, and water tests per agency requirementsMaintains Maintenance Crib InventoryOrders and oversees inventories for the facilities' chemicals and gases for air compressors, and cooling towers, welders, waste treatment system, and disposes facilities used oilPerforms other duties as assigned QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (at an intermediate level)Effective written and verbal English communication skillsBasic math, accounting, plumbing, electrical and building maintenance knowledge Leviton is an EEO/AA Employer.
