Duration: long term, open-ended contract - max duration 2 years
Pay: $15/hr. - set pay, no negotiation. (paid on W-2, weekly basis)
Location: 100% remote - must reside within 100 miles of Tampa, FL
Start Date: August 15th
Shift: Full-time

  • Full-time: must be flexible with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings
  • The first 7 weeks you will be working full time hours, 1st shift Mon-Fri
  • You 100% have to be available for training M-F 9am-6pm EST. This is mandatory training. You cannot miss a day. Sorry no exceptions
  • After training, you will be assigned a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift schedule that will change quarterly on a shift bid
    Responsibilities:
    • Respond to customer technical problems/issues related to software and applications via phone and online support
    • High-volume fast pace call center environment
    • PC software, hardware, and application support experience needed
      Required:
      • Must be able to pass basic technical screening, so some IT & computer knowledge is required
      • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
      • Flexibility with schedule
