Job Description:

Will assist in the day to day maintenance of community property and village
residencies. Direct other staff member on repairs and maintenance matters. On-call rotation every 6 weeks.

Supervise maintenance staff on specific jobs or projects.2. Responsible for the completion of specific jobs and projects.3. Troubleshoot and perform major repairs to A/C units, plumbing and electrical systems throughoutthe community and residential units.4. Troubleshoot and identify equipment or system problems in conjunction with contractors or serviceproviders.5. Troubleshoot and identify equipment problems and direct other staff members on how to repairminor issues with said equipment.
