Job Description:

1-800Accountant is hiring a Business Intelligence and Analytics Analyst. The primary purpose of this position is to collect and analyze data, run performance reports and translate those insights into value-added dashboards, and reports. This role plays a key part in improving performance, providing Data Visualization and identifying trends, substantial variations and potential improvements on our processes.

What Youll Do:

• Gather, analyse and report data insights to managers and teams in the context they need to envision a clear path forward and quickly adjust to meet the demands of our business and our customers.
• Delivers data driven insights and actionable performance activities to wide range of audiences including senior contact center leadership
• Uses solid understanding key business indicators such as response time, efficiency, occupancy, and optimization metrics and productivity to make best decision in the moment
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers in accordance with the companys policies, procedures, guidelines, and common practices
• Effectively communicate with peers and those we support in the business to ensure high quality and timely completion of work requests
  
  Requirements
  
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and SalesForce Administration experience.
  • 3 years + Experience Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Data visualization experience, preferably utilizing Lucid.
  • Related experience in a TeleSales environment preferred
