Benefits Advisor (Construction Company) Your new company This
full-service MEP contractor specializes in various projects
nationwide including hospitals, mixed use office-spaces, federal
buildings & apartments. Your new role As Benefits Advisor, you will
use your HR Benefits expertise as well as support the team on
employee programs administration, leave of absence management, and
employment compliance. Assisting employees with Open Enrollment,
COBRA enrollment, 401K & Life& Disability insurances, ensuring
compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment
laws and regulations. What you'll need to succeed Along with a
bachelor's degree, the Benefits Advisor should have a minimum of
4-6 years' experience within Human Resources benefits
administration. This detail-oriented individual should possess
proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Workday.
Excellent interpersonal and writing skills along with PHR or SHRM
certification is highly preferred. (Bilingual English & Spanish a
