Looking for an exciting opportunity in Vision? We are looking
for an individual that is comfortable traveling to various Pinellas
County locations to service our patients' eye care needs. We are
willing to train someone with strong customer service skills and a

us to collaborate and coordinate care across all locations and
providers, more importantly, we share a common belief and set of
principles that guide us as we care for our patients.That's the
Sight360 difference!Pay is commensurate with experience, and we
will pay a higher hourly rate for someone with eye care experience.
We also provide a monthly bonus based on performance.The Eye Care
Professional is responsible for interacting with customers on a
daily basis to uncover needs for the patient's lifestyle and
recommend specialized products based on those needs as well as
assist patients in frame selection this includes taking
measurements, fit, and adjust glasses, troubleshoot patient's
vision complaints, and teach customers how to properly wear and
care for their eyeglasses and contact lenses.Essential Functions
and Responsibilities:Obtain patient's prescription from
ophthalmologist or optometristGather patient's information
including vision and medical insurance informationSchedule, confirm
and maintain appointmentsRecommend frames, lenses and products that
are suitable for the patient's style, face and specificationsAdjust
and fit frames according to the prescription and patient's
specifications, as well as to the patient's face.Prepare and submit
the order to the proper lab for manufacturingBe able to use
equipment such as lensometer, auto refractor, pupilometer, calipers
and hand toolsAssist with frame inventory, contact lens inventory,
marketing materials and office suppliesTeaching patients how to
wear and care for both contact lenses and eyeglassesRepairing or
replacing broken framesAdministrative duties such as filing,
following up on orders, following up with patients, answering
phones, assisting the doctor with special orders and
referralsMulti-tasking to help patients in a timely
mannerPosition/Type/ Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time
onsite position and core hours of work and days are Monday through
Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Potential for evening and weekend
hours as required.Travel:The role will require working at all
optical locations in Pinellas County as directed by their manager.
We do reimburse for time traveled and
mileage.Qualifications:Customer service experience preferredOptical
experience not required but helpfulSkills and Abilities:Customer
service orientedExcellent interpersonal and communication
skillsProblem solving skills requiredManaging multiple

patientsComputer proficientAble to perform necessary math
