Accounts Payable Specialist
Our client, a reputable organization in the construction industry is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice verification, data entry, and payment processing.
  
• Review and reconcile vendor statements, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  
• Collaborate with internal departments to obtain necessary approvals and documentation for payment processing.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records in the accounting system.
  
• Prepare and analyze monthly accounts payable reports, assisting with month-end closing activities.
  Requirements of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
  
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role.
    
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment methods, and vendor management.
    
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel.
    
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
