Job Description:

JOB DUTIES:
Performs various types of soldering including surface mount, thru-hole, and hand/manual soldering.
Perform complex assembly operations according to established specifications and instructions.
Work off of computerized blueprints and schematics.
Use microscopes to complete assemblies.
Performs first article inspection as required to ensure all components match the bill-of-material description, that it is placed in the correct location and with the correct polarity.
Repair defects in line and enters defect data into CIQ system.
Ensure daily logs and move/production tickets are accurately maintained.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
SMT, Wave, or URSA machine operating experience is a huge plus.
Supervisor, training, or lead experience is a huge plus.
Quality Inspector experience is a huge plus.

SHIFTS:
1st shift (7am-3pm) or (5am-3pm)
2nd shift (3pm-11pm) or (3pm-1am ) 2nd shift will be eligible for a 6% shift differential
