Crown Management Company is in need of a Corporate Accounts Payable Specialist.This position requires an individual that can operate in a fast-paced environment with high volume. -The position will specialize in intercompany payables for the entire Crown Automotive Group, which currently includes 19 ledgers and is growing. -The AP specialist will work closely with corporate officers, management company personnel, controllers, and external clients in order to fulfill daily responsibilities -and ensure that invoices are handled timely and accurately. -Applicants must have a strong payables background, preferably for multiple locations and intercompany postings. - - -We offer a great benefits package that includes the following:

  • Ensuring that all invoices are reviewed and processed with accuracy, including proper authorization and expense spread.
  • Set up and maintain corporate vendors
  • Reconcile balances and maintain records
  • Respond to vendor or internal inquires to research and resolve discrepancies
  • Handle the complexities of payables and shared expense spreads across 19 ledgers
  • The Ability to multi task and prioritize daily and monthly duties with little supervision
  • Process payments timely
  • Strong Mathematical skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
