Located in Florida, we offer the vast array of weapon systems
required at both strategic and tactical operation levels to the
U.S. military and its allies throughout the globe. We produce
crew-served weapons, heavy machine guns, grenade launchers, and
munitions in various calibers for use by ground forces.
Additionally, a line of lightweight vehicles for special forces and
expeditionary units. We produce weaponry for fighter aircraft, such
as high-speed Gatling guns for all U.S. fixed-wing and rotary
military aircraft, for airborne platforms. All marine, aviation,
and ground military applications are fully covered by our munitions
portfolio, which includes all calibers and weapon platforms.
In order to create system/subsystem architectural models, specify
requirements and verification techniques, and manage risk for
guided munition programs, senior systems engineers collaborate with
internal and external customers and stakeholders. balances the
technical scope with the cost, schedule, resources, and risk in
collaboration with the program managers. Develops methods, makes
tool recommendations for system engineering, and oversees
activities for ongoing improvement. assists in company development
and collaborates on product development with clients and

What You Will Be Doing
- Perform functional analysis, performance analysis, system
design, decision analysis and trade studies, systems integration,
requirements analysis, requirements definition, requirements
management, test (verification), validation, and interface
definition studies of system/subsystem elements with little
oversight from the lead systems engineer.
- Utilizing model-based design techniques, create and document
the system architecture.
- Analyze the needs of the customer, create the specifications
for the system, and specify the allocations to lower levels
(subsystems, hardware, software).
- Establish verification procedures, maintain requirement
traceability, and develop requirement verification trace matrices.
Create, administer, and validate requirement databases.
