Job Description:

Reynolds Parrino Shadwick, P.A. is an insurance defense law firm in the St. Petersburg area currently looking to fill a New File Intake Specialist position. On-site office hours Monday through Friday 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.Duties
Daily monitoring of new file communications
Organize and task appropriate deadlines
Drafts appropriate Notices and filing with the court
Utilize Florida E-portal
Assisting with opening and creating company matters in database program
Desired Skills
Applicant must have strong organizational skills, self-motivated, follow instructions, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, etc. -
Experience with data entry across multiple platforms
Independent worker with attention to detail.
Experience with Florida E-portal and court docket websites a plus.

Compensation: Based upon experience
