Job Description We are working with a great insurance company in the St. Pete area that is starting another trainee class for Customer Service Representatives. In this role, please note that overtime is available and sometimes required. Also, the position will start out as a remote role, but will move into the office in St. Pete later in the year. This role will require 100% attendance for a 2-3 week training class. Duties: Take inbound calls to answer questions, take payments, process information, etc from clients of the business Provide correct information and rules to callers Handle data entry on the nature of the calls received and information provided Email or fax out additional information to the customers Transfer to agents or management as needed Skills: Previous call center experience, remote experience is preferred Strong communication abilities, both verbally and in writing Excellent listening abilities Sound judgement Looking to build a career in the insurance business Comfortable with Microsoft Office programs Company Description PrideStaff is a national staffing organization, delivering innovative solutions to the challenges employers face every day.
