Project CoordinatorBessolo Design GroupA Full service Architectural, Engineering & Interior Design firm located in St. Petersburg, Florida Bessolo Design Group, Inc., an Architectural/Engineering/Interior Design firm based in St. Petersburg, Florida and an award winning and highly rated Fast 50 Company by Tampa Bay Business Journal, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator. Project Coordinator supports Project Teams, by assisting in the facilitating of production and contract administration services. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination support in the Architectural, Engineering and/or Construction field. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Duties include (but are not limited to):Interfacing with clients, contractors, building departments and consultantsAssisting with requesting and securing consultant proposalsAssisting with project delivery to include preparation of transmittals and UPS/CourierCoordinating and scheduling of all project meetings and site visits, to include Owner, Architecture and Consultant and Contractor meetings as well as building department meetingsAssisting with travel and hotel arrangements for site travelAssisting with construction administration to include maintaining RFI/Shops, Submittal Logs, Change Orders and Pay RequestsAssisting with project scheduling and monitoring of project deliverablesCoordinating special inspections including AHCA, reviews and inspectionsAssisting with the preparation meeting minutes, project reports, project specifications and field reportsFiling project documents and submittalsMaintenance, research and retrieval of off storage archived filesMay provide administrative staff with overflow work support Requirements:Bachelors degree or comparable experienceMin. 5 yrs. experience as a Project Coordinator in an Architectural/Engineering firm or the Construction industryExcellent computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, AIA Contract Document Software, Quickbook Pro, Deltek or other accounting softwareMulti-tasker, organized and able to prioritizeSelf-motivated, attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up skillsAbility to meet deadlines, team work attitudeKnowledge of commercial constructionKnowledge of general project management processes/procedures About Us:Bessolo Design Group, based in St. Petersburg, FL, is a 35-year-old architectural, engineering, and interior design firm composed of professionals dedicated to providing quality, creative and technical expertise involved with facilities development for private individuals and institutions.The firm has experience with both public and private sector clients with demonstrated expertise in Healthcare, Senior Living, Multifamily, Retail and Community.
