Agency Overview GMA: Growve Marketplace Agency is a one-stop shop focused on growing brands through e-commerce marketplaces. We start by understanding current operations and visions. Then, together we build and deploy a strategy on Amazon and across other digital channels. Position Overview Marketplace Account Executive, AgencyThe ideal candidate for this position is an ambitious self-starter with a hunger to continue passions on Amazon and the overall e-commerce landscape. The chosen individual will be a fast and an effective multi-tasker with an ability to manage a high-volume workload in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment. The individual must be able to effectively handle multiple client accounts at once, meeting expected goals and reporting. The individual must also understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements against timelines. Objectives and Responsibilities Working with the Marketplace Agency team to manage and onboard new accounts to Agency portfolio Overseeing team of skilled Virtual Assistants to accomplish account work across multiple Amazon accounts Creating product listings on Amazon.com with best-in-class keyword optimization and creative content Storefront and Amazon Post creation and management Brand Registry management and Rep interaction Overseeing Deal applications, monitoring and analysis M onitoring all product ASINs for account health issues, BSR, reviews, and trends in sales & competition Running point for any account health case creation, Amazon Support calls, POA writing and other policy health projects Marketing off-Amazon efforts to push traffic to clients product listings Ensuring team always follows Amazon TOS Coordinating Inventory and Shipping to create FBA labels and provide forecasting information Coordinating with Agency Clients to enforce MAP Policy Coordinating with Advertising team to ensure optimal PPC campaigns for Client account Skills and Qualifications Possesses high level of organization and ability to service multiple projects and brands simultaneously. Has a background in e-commerce marketplaces. Self-motivated with a high level of enthusiasm and willingness to take feedback. Collaborative teammate. Someone that thrives in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. Client communication and management understanding. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field Planning, time management, analytical and organizational skills At least one year of professional office experience (will consider recent graduates with Marketing or Business related major) Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills Self-starter with ability to take initiative and work in a highly ambiguous environment Experience with selling on Amazon.com or similar e-commerce marketplace Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite Work Environment and Physical Requirements: This position will require extended use of a computer and keyboard.
