The Sales Operations Specialist will be essential in supporting the sales organization and Account Executive teams. A contributing member of the team that has its focus on end-to-end operations, processes, systems, and planning associated with lead generation, opportunity management, and knowledge share. The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and analyzing sales programs and renewal strategies that maximize member/owner retention and drive new sales initiatives. The position will also involve leading the organization and distribution of sales tools and documents to be used throughout the sales lifecycle using SAVO as the main sales enablement platform. The role will interact and collaborate with sales and account management leadership and team member, teams, sales reps, and marketing along with other roles throughout the company to coordinate the distribution of information specific to products, industry, company, customer, competitor, and sales skills. This individual must work with sales leadership, managers, and sales reps. The position is expected to raise sales efficiency, sales productivity, and process compliance within those regions through consulting with the sales force and implementing best practice sales processes.

Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver Sales Operations related presentations to the sales organization and the executive team
  • Assist in managing and configuration of and SAVO, sales enablement platform
  • Assist in the development of an environment that ensures all sales teams are aligned to PSCU’s goals, objectives, and corporate values
  • Implement Sales leader’s initiatives and sales plans by working with Sales Team members
  • Assist the Sales Leadership in documenting and monitoring the sales processes – including a Sales Team “Playbook”, setting out best practices concerning sales strategies, sales tactics, client segmentation, brand messaging, pitch, and Q&A scripts.
  • Administer, manage, and report on sales bookings/revenue forecasts and actual results
  • Partner with Sales Management on business planning and strategy for their respective sales areas
  • Develop key performance metrics and dashboards that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers
  • Measure sales force productivity and ensure effective implementation of established strategies and tactics
  • Analyze performance results and trends, generate weekly forecast and metric reports for Sales Management, and make recommendations to resolve organizational performance challenges.
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Leadership to ensure compliance among the sales team in the use of the CRM system
  • Work with available data to identify prospect and member-owner opportunities for new sales engagements and proactive retention strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Role Requirements


  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.


  • Three (3) years experience in sales or sales operations required.
  • or other CRM software experience preferred.
