Work From Home Position*


PSCU continues to monitor the evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and are taking actions to minimize the risk to employees and to lower the probability of the spread of the virus to you, your families and the communities where we operate. In order to successfully work from home as an Inbound Customer Service Rep for PSCU you must have the following:

  • Internet access with a minimum speed of 50 MBPS up/down
  • Access to an Android or Apple smartphone, and the ability to hardwire to an Internet modem via an Ethernet cord.*
  • A secure and quiet area in the home to work from
  • The ability to work effectively in a work-at-home setting
  • The ability to come on-campus when necessary - we may need you to attend meetings, pick-up/drop-off equipment or attend special events from time-to-time
  • Even though this is a WFH position, you must be located in the Tampa Bay Area and live within a reasonable commute to the local office
  • Ownership of or access to an Ethernet cord is not required and can be supplied by PSCU.

Training for approximately 60 days might take place onsite at our Corporate location in St. Petersburg, FL where you will learn the systems, and take your equipment home to transition to a work from home environment/performance expectations must be met. This is a remote role after training, however, applicants must be locally based as business needs may require cross-training.

*Bilingual Representatives will receive an additional $2.00/hr language differential. (for every hour worked)

  • Help resolve account issues and financial inquiries.
