Protect My Car (PMC) is looking for self-motivated sales individuals to become part of our growing team. With the rising cost of auto repairs, trips to the mechanic are becoming extremely expensive, so consumers get this protection to avoid paying thousands of dollars at the repair shop. With over $16.5 million in paid out claims last year, Protect My Car's policies are a product our customers will actually use.What you will be doing:You will be helping consumers purchase an extended auto warranty to gain peace of mind when their vehicle breaks down! All plans come with towing, 24/hour roadside assistance, and rental car benefits. This is like auto insurance for the mechanical components of the vehicle.This is a CLOSER position; all calls will be transferred to you by our front-end sales agents.* You will be responsible for closing the deal on that same transferred call. (1 call close)* Go over policy details and explain coverage and cost* Address Objections by building trust and showing value* Act as "Budget Manager" and apply discounts in order to close the deal.* Average 25-35 calls a dayDesired Skills and Characteristics:* Experience in phone sales preferred* Experience using "1 call close" methods and tactics preferred* Experience handling objections and responding with quick rebuttals* Competitive and money motivated* Persistent, won't take no for an answer attitude* Customer service skillsWhat you will get out of the position:* Hourly pay plus a strong commission structure, ability to control your earnings* Be a part of a great team with a work hard play hard mentality* Room for advancement* Positive, Comfortable, and fun cultureCompensation:$20.75/Hour plus uncapped commission (OTE $70K-$100K)Positions are full time with PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and 401K benefits!Shifts are M-F, 9a-6p + every other Saturday
