Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified personal injury legal assistant to
support our attorneys and paralegals in meeting the needs of
clients. You will handle all forms of office communication, from
fielding calls and emails to opening files and keeping our legal
team informed of impending deadlines. You'll also be filing
paperwork electronically in state and federal courts, as well as
ordering medical and billing data. Prior experience in a personal
injury law firm is a plus. Reach out to us if you thrive in a

Bilingual Spanish Speaker required. Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities: Consult with expert witnesses, clients, medical
professionals, and vendors Help prepare litigation documents like
pleadings, motions, subpoenas, affidavits, contracts, and briefs,
and proofread as needed E-file in state and federal court, as well
as order medical records and other billing information Respond to
emails and phone calls, contact opposing attorney offices, take
dictation, and inform the team of deadlines Communication with
adjusters on initial file/claim issues Communication with initial
providers Qualifications: Able to meet demanding deadlines in a
fast-paced environment An Associate’s degree or some college is
preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required Applicants
must have excellent communication and organizational skills 1-2
years of prior experience in a personal injury law firm as a
secretary or administrative assistant Proficient with MS Office
