Job Description Salesforce DeveloperAdministrator SMCI is currently seeking an expert, highly-productive Salesforce DeveloperAdministrator. The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for providing value to the business by automating complex business processes, creating reports and dashboards, and training users on using Salesforce. Will also work closely with executive team members daily and reports directly to the CFO. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator, and part Salesforce analyst. As the Salesforce Administrator, you would Be responsible for the day-to-day configurations, support, maintenance, and improvement of our platform. Serve as primary system administrator, handling all basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports, and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks. Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades. Document Lead to Cash process and implement a Change Control process Manage the Salesforce data feeds and other integrations. Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests. Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce skillset across the organization. Work closely with functional leaders, organization units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. Comfortable with APEX development Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development teams. Work independently with the members of the user community to define and document development requirements. The ideal candidate will possess A record of success in designing, implementing, and improving processes and adopting using the Salesforce platform. A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards. Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, and strong data management abilities. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, resolve conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Experience in a computer software or IT industry a Plus Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion. A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements. Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes. A minimum of two years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator Three plus years of experience in a SalesBusiness Development Support Role. Salesforce Admin Certifications a Strong Plus (ADM 201 and ADM 211) Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer Certification Preferred.
