TYLER TECHNOLOGIES PROGRAMMER ANALYST - DIRECT HIRE - ST PETERSBURG, FL - NO C2C - USC OR GC ONLY



This is professional, technical, and analytical work in the research, analysis, and design of complex management information systems especially Tyler Technologies Community Development and Utilities software, the City's CRM and civic services platform. Work involves development of specifications for complex software programming applications; customized and standardized modification and maintenance of existing software; participation in design and coding activities; active support providing guidance, maintenance, and development services to end users; testing and debugging programs. Work includes considerable consultation with users concerning new or existing business requirements and information processing needs.



Have a valid bachelor's degree.
Have 4+ years of experience with computer programming and business analysis, requirements gathering, and process flow documentation.
Have experience with programming and development of Tyler Technologies suite of community development applications and utility billing, configuration and setup of Tyler as required, and common interfaces with financial, work and asset management, and other systems.
Be proficient in the use of multiple programming languages such JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, .NET, C# or PHP
Be proficient in SQL for Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2 query and working with large datasets and complex data models for data mining, analysis, reporting and extracts.
Be proficient in the use of the full Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Windows operating system.
Have knowledge of API, ETL, and interface concepts.
