**Hiring CSR's** in the St. Petersburg area for a national client. Will start out **WFH** but will transition into the office, so must be located in **St. Petersburg or Clearwater area** .**Job Responsibilities:**+ This is a position handling inbound calls from policy owners, significant others, etc. home have a need to change their information.+ It may be taking out a loan, changing information, data entry, etc.+ Some of these calls may be escalated because it is dealing with such sensitive information.+ Calls are not scripted so must be capable of guiding a call and problem solving.+ May be cross trained across multiple departments**Must be available for scheduling below:**+ Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm (Can have a schedule that falls anywhere within those times, must be available for all)**Qualifications**+ 2 Years of Customer Service Experience+ 2 Years of Call Center Experience (Preferred)+ Ability to think/work independently+ Ability to Type 30 WPM+ Must be willing to submit to a lifetime background+ MUST Have HS Diploma/GED that is verifiable**Location:** Saint Petersburg, Florida**Posting ID:** 7276995**Pay Rate:** Up to US$14 per yearThe company is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applications without regards to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any characteristic protected by law.
