Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support their
growing team with various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to
offboarding
Manage HR administration, including maintaining employee records
and ensuring compliance
Act as a key employee resource for HR-related questions and drive
employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR
Generalist in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance
requirements
Proficiency in HR software and data management
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive
information
