Mission Responsible for providing human resource services and products that perpetuate and enhance the Levy culture and vision and values. Results are achieved through intelligent, professional and practical communication, and leadership skills. Major areas of responsibility will be assisting with recruiting, training, compensation and employee relations. Job Duties: Provides support for all HR functions through the use of HR competencies. The HR department is comprised of a Director of HR, HR Manager, Non-Profit Manager, HR Coordinator II, HR Coordinator I, Recruiter, Staffing Check-In Ambassadors, and Guest Service Ambassadors. - Support recruiting functions (schedule phone interviews, reference checks, new-hire orientation, etc.) - Complete unemployment and disability paperwork in a timely manner - Participate on safety committee, ensuring corporate guidelines are met and initiatives are carried out, consistent with Levy Standards, Federal and Local compliance requirements - Maintain current and accurate Applicant Tracker - Manage and maintain all data in the HRIS tracking system; including data entry of new hires - Maintain all HR department files and employee personnel records. - Recommend improvements in policies and procedures to further Levy's mission - Attend and contribute to department and company communication meetings. - Mediate employee relations issues and direct associates to the appropriate point of contact. - Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism whilst working in the front lobby - Assist as liaison for payroll discrepancies and processing. - Coordinate employee recognition, reward, motivation, education programs - Ensure all state and federal compliance information is posted and processed according to required guidelines (e.g., employee posters, OSHA Logs, EEOC data, Minimum Wage and FMLA data etc.) - Attend operational meetings as necessary for communication purposes - Process and file purchase orders, reconciliations and invoices - Assist with controlling costs within the department, manage budget, and maintain accountability of vendors - Promotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale - Maintains strong partnerships with all vendors - Provides employment information and verification according to company policy - All major areas of responsibility are achieved through Levy's Core Signature Guidelines for Human Resources (Standard Operating Procedures). Qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview. - Stamina to work 60 hours or more per week - Ability to help with check-in/out at majority of Levi's Stadium events, concerts, NFL games, etc. - Must be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as business dictates - Must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts, including weekends - Must be able to reach, lift, stoop, bend and perform extensive standing and walking (including stairs) throughout shift Education and Experience - Associate's Degree required; BA/BS degree preferred.
