As a Host, you will: Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and professionalism Create a positive first impression by welcoming guests promptly Manage guest flow and seating to ensure an exceptional dining experience Keep dining areas clean, organized, and properly set at all times Maintain clear and effective communication with the kitchen and service team Assist servers and team members as needed to support smooth operations Monitor wait times and communicate updates to guests accurately Follow all health, safety, and cleanliness standards Handle guest questions or concerns with courtesy and care Contribute to a team-oriented, high-energy work environment To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. These values are essential to our success, and we are looking for candidates who share our commitment. Qualifications Make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy. Follow instructions without close supervision. Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Must have a minimum of 1 year of hosting experience Must be at least 18 and have a valid FL State Driver’s License. Westgate Resorts is a smoke and tobacco-free workplace.
