Senior Client Experience Marketing Manager responsible for? The US
Retail Client Experience team partners with Franklin Templeton's
retail distribution teams and is responsible for the development
and execution of marketing strategy and related
deliverables/communications designed to drive flows and retain
assets. The US Retail Client Experience Team oversees the
end-to-end client experience and works with all related functions
to achieve a seamless journey for Franklin Templeton clients.Within
the US Retail Client Experience team sits theSenior Client
Experience Marketing Manager, responsible for executing the
marketing strategy for one of our top RBI firms Edward Jones and
Stifel, while also supporting the Edward Jones Sales organization.
What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Senior Client Experience
Marketing Manager?
- Partner with national account and sales management to align
strategic goals and priorities on a semi-annual/trimester basis for
Edward Jones and Stifel relationship.
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Edward
Jones & Stifel to support the business and sales goals and
priorities.
- Project Management of key priorities includes firm specific
content, email strategy, promotion and distribution of deliverables
that align with Edward Jones and Stifel marketing strategy.
- Relationship Management with key Edwards Jones & Stifel
stakeholders including sales management, research, field sales and
National Accounts.
- Responsible for aggregating and reporting marketing results for
key Edward Jones & Stifel Initiatives.
- Applying the knowledge of the Edward Jones rules and
operational requirements and taking ownership of how those are
applied across email communications and marketing materials
created.
- Ability to run effective meetings with key sales partners,
National Account managers and internal marketing partners.
- Supporting the Sales teams which includes providing updates on
calls, answering inquiries, identifying the needs and wants of the
client based on feedback received.
- Ensure "Best in Class Marketing" which includes segmentation,
messaging, promotion, and delivery of marketing content to both
internal and external clients.What will make you successful in this
role?
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a major in
marketing/management.
- 8+ years' experience in financial services marketing, client
experience/firm marketing experience required.
- Previous experience working with Edward Jones is highly
preferred
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to
independently manage multiple projects, meet deliverable dates,
prioritize, and organize independently.
- Able to multi-task and effectively balance multiple projects at
one time
- Strong communication/presentation skills for interfacing with
sales, senior management, home office contacts and clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Series 6 or 7 license preferred. Franklin Templeton offers

There are several factors taken into consideration in making
compensation decisions including but not limited to location,
job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Franklin
Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of
compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in
determining compensation. We expect the salary for this position to
