West Coast FL client is hiring Primary Care doctors now and for future!

Location: We are seeking providers for new clinics and expansion clinics in the following locations:

• We have an immediate opening in Spring Hill (2nd physician there
• • NEW: Pinellas - we will open in Jan 2027 and would ideally onboard someone a couple months before that but we may be open to as soon as Sept / Oct 2026 candidates
  • NEW: Brandon - Spanish speaking is a must - we are replacing a provider with a medium sized panel in Brandon. Ideal would be a June or July start.
  • NEW: Brooksville - our first doctor is opening this location in fall 2026. We anticipate needing another by Jan 2027 and would ideally onboard someone a couple months before that but we may be open to as soon as Sept / Oct 2026 candidates
  • NEW: New Port Richey - our first doctor is opening this location in July 2026. We anticipate needing another by Jan 2027 and would ideally onboard someone a couple months before that but we may be open to as soon as Sept / Oct 2026 candidates

Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Compensation & Benefits:

Primary Care Physicians provide daily care to patient panels capped at approximately 500 patients. This model emphasizes work-life balance while delivering a concierge-like experience for patients. With a panel size limited to 500, physicians typically see around 12 patients per full day, allowing 30 to 45 minutes per visit to address each patient's needs thoroughly.

Patient appointments are generally scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., leaving additional time for urgent patient needs and administrative tasks. Administrative burdens are significantly reduced thanks to a dedicated team of coders who handle pre-charting and post-visit reviews, streamlining clinical documentation. Medical assistants manage administrative and care coordination tasks, enabling physicians to focus entirely on patient care and providing an exceptional experience.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Primary Care Physicians will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to geriatric patients within a managed care, value-based care model, ensuring optimal health outcomes and a high-quality care experience.

Deliver Patient-Centered Care

• Perform thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans for geriatric patients.
• Manage chronic conditions, preventive care, and acute issues within the scope of value-based care principles.
• Utilize evidence-based guidelines to optimize patient outcomes and quality metrics.

Coordinate Care Across the Healthcare Team

• Collaborate with your team and specialists to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Lead care plan discussions and participate in team meetings to review patient progress.

Focus on Value-Based Outcomes

• Achieve quality metrics by proactively addressing care gaps, reducing unnecessary hospitalizations, and improving patient engagement.
• Conduct routine follow-ups and monitor patient progress to ensure adherence to care plans.

Utilize Health Technology and Data

• Leverage electronic medical records (Epic or eCW) to document care, track patient outcomes, and support care coordination.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improving patient care and practice efficiency.

Provide Exceptional Patient Experience

• Build trusting relationships with patients and families, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, preventive care, and healthy aging.

Accountabilities

• Collaborate with the growth and onboarding team to build and maintain a thriving patient panel of 500 individuals.
• Proactively identify and address care gaps to ensure comprehensive and preventive care for patients.
• Monitor and work to reduce hospitalization rates by delivering effective outpatient management and follow-up care.
• Strive to achieve high Patient Net Promoter Scores (NPS) by fostering trust, communication, and satisfaction in every patient interaction.

About You

• Experience: 2-6 years of experience in a primary care setting, preferably managed care, or recent residency graduate.
