HCA Healthcare invites you to join our specialized team as a PRN
Registered Nurse (RN) in our Medical-Surgical (Med Surg)
department. In this role, you will deliver high-quality,
patient-centered care by addressing a wide spectrum of medical
conditions in a dynamic hospital setting. We aim to enhance patient
recovery, prevent complications, and ensure smooth transitions to
other levels of care. This position offers flexible scheduling, a
supportive environment, and the opportunity to work across various
HCA Healthcare facilities. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate
patient care in a Med Surg setting. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to streamline patient care. Maintain
accurate documentation and comply with all legal requirements.
Administer medications and monitor patient recovery and
side-effects. Educate patients and their families on disease
processes, medical-surgical procedures, and other aspects of
therapeutic regimens. Strong clinical skills in a medical-surgical
environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced setting Proficiency in
using healthcare software for patient management Critical thinking
and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
