Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator to

compliance with healthcare regulations. This position blends
clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities, offering a

Your work will directly support our mission to care for and improve
human life by leading teams, streamlining procedures, and enhancing
patient care. Coordinate daily nursing operations, including
patient care and staff assignments. Ensure compliance with all
healthcare regulations and internal procedures. Monitor patient
care for quality and safety, implementing improvements when
necessary. Facilitate communication between different healthcare
professionals and departments. Assist in the development and
training of nursing staff. Participate in budgeting and nursing
resource allocation. Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
electronic health record systems Knowledge of healthcare
regulations and accreditation standards Ability to work effectively
in high-pressure environments Competence in clinical skills in a
healthcare setting Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in
the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
