HCA Healthcare seeks an experienced and dedicated RN Registered Nurse Pre Admissions Charge to join our team. This position is critical in ensuring that all pre-admission processes are handled efficiently and effectively, maintaining the highest standards of nursing care while preparing patients for scheduled procedures. As a part of our pre-admission team, you will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth transition into care at our facilities. Review patient history and confirm that all pre-admission requirements are met. Ensure proper patient education and preparation for upcoming procedures. Manage and coordinate with other healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care. Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records. Assist in the development and implementation of new pre-admission policies and procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle high-stress situations Excellent organizational and leadership abilities In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures Proficient in electronic health record systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license BLS Certification ACLS preferred
