Job Description:

HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN Registered Nurse PCU Charge to lead our progressive care unit team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will leverage your expertise in nursing to oversee patient care, ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards, and mentor staff nurses. This role is pivotal in maintaining the excellence in care that is synonymous with HCA Healthcare. Supervise nursing staff and manage the day-to-day operations of the PCU. Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards. Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans. Mentor and train new staff and participate in the evaluation of their performance. Manage patient data and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA laws. Advanced knowledge of PCU nursing practices and principles. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficient in using healthcare software and patient management systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. BLS/ACLS certification.
