Job Description:

HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated RN Registered Nurse specialized in Endocrine Surgery Pre/Post procedures to join our skilled team. This role requires managing pre and postoperative care, ensuring high-quality treatment, and fostering patient recovery. This position not only demands excellent nursing skills but also a compassionate approach to support patients during their surgical journey at our state-of-the-art facilities. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for pre- and postoperative endocrine surgery patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and provide updates to surgeons and patients' families. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Proficiency in clinical skills with a focus on endocrine disorders Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification desired
