Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans Implement patient-specific physical therapy interventions Assess, record, and modify patient progress as necessary Educate patients and families on treatments and in-home exercises Maintain patient records and documentation per healthcare regulations and company policies Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care Strong understanding of physical therapy principles and treatments Ability to handle physical demands of the position Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with healthcare technologies and physical therapy tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist CPR and First Aid certification Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) preferred
