Assess patient condition by examining muscle and joint movements, posture, and functionality Develop treatment plans with goals and interventions aimed at improving patient mobility and reducing pain Implement therapeutic procedures, educate patients and families on proper physical therapy methods Maintain patient records by documenting goals, interventions, and progress Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan supportive care and treatment Guide and mentor physical therapy assistants and students Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions Excellent patient assessment skills Ability to devise detailed, effective treatment plans Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams Adaptability to work in various settings: outpatient, inpatient, and home health Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapy license CPR certified Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association is preferred
