Job Description:
Lee Health is seeking an experienced Health Improvement & Impact
Specialist to join our dynamic team in Southwest Florida. This
position is integral to our mission of enhancing community health
outcomes through targeted programs and initiatives. The Specialist
will work across multiple hospitals and clinics to assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate health improvement programs. This role
requires a blend of analytical skills to assess program
effectiveness and creative skills to design engaging health
initiatives aimed at diverse populations. The successful candidate
will collaborate with healthcare professionals, community groups,
and stakeholders to promote health literacy and encourage healthy
lifestyles. Conduct community health needs assessments to identify
priority areas for intervention. Design and implement health
improvement programs tailored to the needs of diverse populations.
Evaluate the effectiveness of health initiatives and programs
through data analysis and compile reports on outcomes. Collaborate
with healthcare providers, local authorities, and community
organizations to promote and integrate health improvement
strategies. Educate community members on health promotion
strategies and disease prevention. Advocate for policies and
practices that enhance public health. Strong analytical skills for
data interpretation and health program assessment. Ability to
design and implement effective health improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating
with diverse groups. Proficiency in statistical software and data
management tools. Knowledge of public health principles and
practices. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES)
preferred. Additional training or certification in project
management or statistical analysis is advantageous.
