Job Description:
Lee Health is actively seeking a dedicated Cardiology RN to join
our dynamic team in Southwest Florida, where we emphasize
patient-centric care in a supportive and growth-oriented
environment. In this role, the Cardiology RN will provide critical
nursing care to patients with cardiovascular issues, working
closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to
deliver effective treatment and monitor patient conditions. This
position requires a compassionate professional with a deep
understanding of cardiology nursing practices and the ability to
adapt to rapidly changing situations in a busy medical setting.
Monitor and record patients' cardiovascular health. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed by cardiologists. Educate
patients and their families on heart health, preventative measures,
and post-treatment care. Assess and respond to patient needs
quickly and efficiently. Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to plan, manage, and evaluate heart care procedures
and interventions. Strong clinical skills in cardiology Excellent
patient care and communication abilities Ability to work well under
pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using medical
software and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Active Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of Florida ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular
Life Support) certification preferred BLS (Basic Life Support)
certification required
