contract position offers a unique chance to work with patients
transitioning from intensive care, delivering critical nursing

Night shift: 6:45 PM 7:15 AM 36 hours per week Weekend shifts: 6
shifts every 6 weeks (Friday and Saturday nights) Float to other
inpatient units as needed within your competency No call
requirements Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing
care to patients in the Stepdown unit Monitor and assess patients
conditions and respond appropriately Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Float to other inpatient units or care for admitted holding
patients within your scope of practice Maintain accurate
documentation and ensure adherence to hospital policies
Qualifications & Desired Experience: Valid RN licensure with
Stepdown experience Strong clinical assessment and critical
thinking skills Ability to work flexible night shifts, including
weekends Comfortable floating to other inpatient settings as
required Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered
