Responsibilities: Provide continuous assessment, monitoring, and
care to patients with complex medical conditions, ensuring their

with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, therapists, and

personalized care plans for long-term recovery. Administer
prescribed medications, monitor their effects, and adjust dosages
as necessary, while also educating patients and families about
medication regimens. Provide education and support to patients and
their families, helping them understand the long-term care process,
recovery goals, and self-care practices for managing chronic
conditions. Qualifications: FL Registered Nurse license Basic Life
Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
